By using the Docapro Patient application, you accept these terms of service.

Appointment booking only
Docapro Patient is an appointment booking application only.
Docapro is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice or diagnoses. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
03 Registration and account
Conditions for creation
- Registration requires a valid phone number
- You are responsible for keeping your account confidential
- One account per phone number
04 Usage rules
User commitments
- Do not make false bookings
- Cancel appointments in advance if you cannot attend (at least 2h before)
- Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions
- Do not use the application for fraudulent purposes
05 Liability
Limitations of liability
Docapro is not responsible for:
- Medical acts performed by practitioners
- Appointment cancellations by doctors
- Medical information provided during consultations
06 Account deletion
From within the app
You can delete your account at any time from:
Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete my account
All your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Copyright
The Docapro application and its content are protected by copyright.
Reproduction is forbidden without written authorisation.
08 Changes to the terms
Updates
Docapro reserves the right to modify these terms.
Users will be notified via an in-app notification.
09 Applicable law
Competent jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
