In the software
Docapro Desktop- Medical data stored locally on the computer
- Docapro has no access to medical data
- The practitioner is solely responsible for their data
02 Docapro Patient mobile app
The Docapro Patient mobile app lets patients book appointments with their doctors. The following data is collected and processed in this context.
Data collected via the mobile app
- Phone number (for OTP authentication)
- First and last name (patient profile)
- Appointment history
- Location city (for searching doctors — not stored permanently)
- Notification token (FCM — for appointment reminders)
- Family members added for booking appointments
Use of mobile data
- Managing medical appointments
- Sending reminder notifications
- Connecting with Docapro doctors
- Never sold to third parties
Storage
- Data stored on secure servers (Railway — TLS encryption)
- Firebase tokens for push notifications
User rights
- Account deletion available in the app
- All data deleted within 30 days of the request

The information entered in our forms is used only to respond to your requests.
Your email address is used exclusively for service-related communications (support, updates, invoices).
